"It is interesting to record that Johnny Bettles has played in three games this year for EBA
also to look back upon his record to date.
Winning rink in trial games in 1954-5-6-7, also in winning rink in
International games in 1956 v Scotland and Ireland and tied with Wales.
This year winning rink in all three games."
